you will enjoy the natural world by being outside, in the forest, rotating between our wood fired sauna, cold plunge in the pond, wood fired hot tub, steam shower and our cozy lounge.

our sessions are 3 hours long. we provide towels, cozy robes, snacks, herbal infusions & water.

you bring yourself, your loved ones, a bathing suit and a beanie.
